Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Status-Technologies A0301SP-Q2 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tandler products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sterling parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Thompson product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tandler such as the 001613B1III spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 616250 manufactured by Sterling and we are pleased to be able to service most Sterling systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 64316894D263 by Manufacturer Thompson as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Stober Brand KS402FF0200MT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Syncrogear such as RF0502 equipment made by Syncrogear have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Syncrogear products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Syncrogear" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 423142889457 made by Thompson as well as the popular CNVX56100Y35 original spares produced by Sumitomo

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 30T10810 by Synchroflex and RF0502 spares by Syncrogear are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 161014M170 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sure-Grip.
